We are artisans committed to quality and exclusivity. Each piece is handcrafted in our small studio in Vilnius working closely with local family-run casters.
Most pieces are made-to-order, meaning they are handcrafted only after purchase to support sustainable, waste-free production.
For convenience, we also keep a small stock of certain pieces, so you may find some items ready to ship directly from our website.

DELIVERY

In stock pieces will be dispatched within 1 - 3 working days.
made-to-order pieces will take 1-3 weeks to handcrafted and shipped. (Shipping time not included) ​​

After your piece is made and shipped, you will get an email with a tracking number.

RETURNS​​
​
Full-priced items in their original condition are eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

To start the return process, please reach out to us at nitonna.studio@gmail.com before sending your item, as returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount. For returns outside the EU, any customs fees incurred will also be deducted.
Please note that bespoke and sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
